I promise I'm still alive

hey guys! sorry i haven't been on lately. something is wrong with my account. i try to log in and it says its the wrong password. then they send me a temporary password and i log in with that. then it wont let me change my password. D: i've been trying to fix this for a few days. i can't contact nexon cause you have to be logged on! can someone help me please?

Just to say also, never ever give out your account details and no member of ZK will ever ask you about them either!

But ummm, back to your issue...

Can't you log in with the temporary password and try submitting a ticket from there? It only lets you change your password like twice a day or something as well.

Best bet I'd say is to follow the following steps:

1) Try to log in on the site
2a) If you can log in, brilliant, try to reset your password
2b) If you can't log in, try submitting a ticket, I don't think you have to be logged in to do that.
3) If all that fails, try waiting a day and trying again???

In any case, keep asking on the forum, I am sure SOMEONE knows what to do Smile

I just tried this myself and I think I know how to do it:

First, login on the website. If you can't do this request a password reset like you did before (with the forgotten password button).

Once you are logged in, look at the menu bar at the top of the site. Look for Support on the top right. Hover your mouse over it to bring up another menu. Now you want to click Customer Support.

From here there should be a "Submit a ticket" link around about the middle Smile The rest of it is just selecting the right fields (Account information and all that).

But before you do that, IF you can log in, then you should be able to reset your password... After you log in on the front page, click INFO then Change Account Info and it should let you do it?
