Fake Anti Virus Warning

During this past week I've been experiencing a fake anti virus scan that pop up while i was browsing basilmarket/HS.

basicly, the pop up tells you that you are at risk of getting virus and insist on scanning your computer; however, if you pay closer attention, it's not really a scan but rather a web page that decides to look like an anti virus program.

After the scanning (or what they claimed as their scanning) it turns out u have load of virus and need to delete immediately.

I am not 100% sure but i believe that if you do click on any of these instead of getting virus clear out, you will just get infected by virus instead

I recommend adblock plus for firefox, stops almost all pop-ups, as well as blocking on-screen ads on most web pages
